This high-tech post-production campus includes two new structures, Lantana East (60,000 sf) and Lantana South (120,000 sf), connected via landscaped pedestrian zones.
Emphasizing future flexibility, both buildings have been designed to satisfy present tenant needs as well as allowing for the inevitable rearrangements of tenant space and upgrades to technology.
Both structures provide extensive underground parking for tenants as well as visitor parking for nearby development.
Both buildings have been awarded LEED™ Gold Certification.
Cost-effective, low-impact materials such as natural finish sand-blasted concrete and integrally colored cement plaster, combined with restrained forms, allow this development to fit within the varied context of residential, light industrial and commercial facilities.
The campus design integrates an extensive landscaping system and defined palette of plant materials with the architecture to create a unified look for the overall development. Exterior plazas, circulation and gathering spaces are all demarcated by drought tolerant plant materials and signature trees.
