Set within an indoor/outdoor campus-like setting, buildings and units within the 15-structure campus range from 2,000-28,000 square feet. The design features standing seam metal roofs, varied roof lines and wood trellises.
Roll-up doors and operable windows provide abundant natural light, and connect to outdoor patios with direct access to a common greenway.

Designed to create a collection of outdoor public and private spaces, Elevon has two main pedestrian circulation paths crisscrossing the campus.
These paths help organize and direct pedestrians to amenities and are complimented by lush drought tolerant landscape elements complete the fluid indoor/outdoor collaborative environment.
