E. 7th Place Adaptive Re-Use
This project is an adaptive re-use of three properties in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles, near the Los Angeles River.
The buildings range in size from 4,245 square feet to 20,784 square feet.
The facade and interiors were updated to reflect the creative, up-and-coming feel of the surrounding arts district with new materials and natural light.
