City Place Live-Work Lofts
This 125,000-square-foot project is part of a large-scale mixed-use development that includes restaurants, retail, a theater, supermarket and various housing components.
The design utilizes multiple configurations in six primary "blocks" that front the commercial and retail zones. Blocks are further broken down into small sizes, ranging from six to eighteen units.
Totaling 74 multistory dwellings, the design emphasizes natural light, a variety of architectural detailing and indoor-outdoor access.
