UC SAN DIEGO PROJECT ON IT'S WAY
Although make-ready construction started earlier, on June 22 our new UC San Diego Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood project officially broke ground.

Scheduled to complete in Fall of 2023, the Design-Build project is a partnership between UC San Diego, Kitchell, HKS and EYRC, adding a new college and approximately 2,000 undergraduate beds to a 10.9-acre site.
